Friendly reminder that the following areas are CLOSED for raptor nesting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c Steep Wall <br>\u274c The Far Side<br>\u274c Nixon Head<br>\u274c Scary Canyon <br>\u274c Highway Face <br>\u274c Face Canyon <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please do not hike to the top of the cliffs to set up topropes<\/strong>. This is a critical winter wildlife area. The area is monitored by Fish &amp; Game and hiking up there could result in fines for you and denied access to Carbody Canyon for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please alert us if you see any raptor activity so that we can notify volunteer raptor monitors to assess.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Give nests, and the closed areas, plenty of space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educate your friends about these closures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SHARE this information amongst your community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore some of the other walls the Black Cliffs offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Weekend weather looks great for the Black Cliffs!
