Action Items:

• All: New mission statement?  From that, what are our objectives? Let's figure it out and that will help focus our fund raising because the goals will be more concrete, and that can help the message
• Smith: call climbing gyms about when they are having comps so that we can plan to get a BCA table
• Smith: add the email addresses from last fall's trail day to the mailing list / BCA site
• Joe: figure out the EO / 501c3 thing - why can't we register for the site for the e-postcard?
